Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born on 17 October 1992) is an acclaimed Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil film and Telugu films, as well as a couple of Malayalam. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress for portraying actress Savitri for her role in the Telugu movie Mahanati (2018). Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. Also, she received the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy is the daughter of Menaka G. Suresh and filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar is a young actress. She started her acting career in the early 2000s. She played the role of lead actress in Geethaanjali an Malayalam film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy has signed her first Tamil projects in the year 2015. She then began accepting projects out of Malayalam. Even though the film was not a success at the box-office, her debut film is A. L. Vijay's romantic-comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005), which she starred in with Vikramprabhu. To make room for larger projects due to her hectic schedule, she was forced to opt from a few films that she began to work on. The films included were Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romantic comedy) as well as Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She worked in two films that came out in quick succession, together with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also an actor of note for Prabhu's Thodari. But, the movie has been delayed since 2015, with speculation of a release date after September in 2020, under the name change to Janakitho Nenu. In the year 2016, Nenu Sailaja, starring Ram Pothineni, was her debut. Keerthy starred in Bairavaa produced by Bharathan and featuring actor Vijay.
